If your insurance does not cover our services, or if you prefer not to use insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates. We can also provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Yes! Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services provided by a Registered Dietitian are typically eligible for reimbursement through Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

You can easily book your initial consultation online through our secure scheduling portal [see "services" to "book now"]. Simply select a time that works for you, and you'll receive instructions for your virtual session.

To help us verify your benefits and prepare for your session, please complete our online intake forms and securely upload a copy of the front and back of your insurance card, and a photo ID. If your insurance requires a physician referral, please upload that as well. You'll receive instructions via email after booking.

Yes, all our sessions are conducted securely online via telehealth. This offers convenience and flexibility, allowing you to receive expert nutrition care from the comfort of your home or office.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice or no-shows will be subject to a $20 fee. Please request a copy of our company polices.
